Join us to meet new friends from all over the world, see the most gorgeous places in our part of the world and hear educational, historical and spiritual talks about the Creator behind the beauty of His Creation.

1) Please send basic information (such as name, email, phone, college, address) by email as a reservation we receive on a "first come, first served basis." We are not fully automated -- which means that submitting this form is not a guarantee that we have space available nor that you are automatically accepted. Your registration is complete after we receive your payment that verifies your registration; that you have read the liability waiver form; and that you have met our qualifications. We will email you ASAP if we have any questions about your qualifications. See our qualifications below.

2) If you don't have email then download, sign and mail your signed Registration/Liability Waiver with your deposit and you are all set to travel.

Registration/Liability Waiver

4) Payment is non refundable unless you notify us 2 weeks in advance of trip departure of your cancellation; or you find a replacement; or we run out of room.

5) First priority is given to students; 2nd to students with children; 3rd to students with parents. Please understand that these trips are not designed for

parents of international students (unless space is available 2 weeks before trip departure and accompanied by their student with advance permission)
those who do not speak basic English
people who cannot walk at least 2 miles each day

The programs and trips we offer allow international students/ scholars and young professionals to experience the best our country offers, build relationships with other international students and explore spiritual issues in the context of thoughtful and respectful dialogue. There will be some sharing times with specific Christian content during any trip, conference or event sponsored by InterFACE. Please note that these programs are limited to international students currently enrolled in USA colleges. We do not offer I-90s, letters of invitation for students living outside the USA, nor any other State Department certification.

If we have space available 2 weeks before departure, we might be able to accommodate these special travelers, but only if someone else will agree to be their fulltime translator and chaperone (helper) on the trip. Do not pay a deposit for them at this time, but register them on line to show your request. Then if you are notified there is space available, you may send the payment.

By submitting this form you are accepting the following terms of Liability Waiver: I certify that my (and/or my family's) participation in this event will be voluntary and that such participation carries risks inherent both to such activities and to the travel involved. For myself and any who would claim under me, I release InterFACE Ministries, Inc., and/or Above and Beyond, Inc of MA, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any liability for loss, injury, or damage to my person (or any member of my family) or property which may result from my/our participation.
